Indian School of Mines (ISM) Dhanbad, inviting application for the post of Junior Research Fellow.
Qualification: M. Sc./M. Sc. (Tech.) in Applied Geology/Geology degree with First Class or equivalent GPA with B.Sc (Honours/Major) in Geology and any two subjects out of Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry at B.Sc level. Candidates applying for the post should also possess valid NET/GATE qualification card. Knowledge of structural geology, tectonics, metamorphism, remote sensing and geophysics is desirable.
Project titled: 'Structural Geometry, Kinematics of Deformation and Metamorphism of the Proterozoic Kaladgi Group, in the eastern parts of Kaladgi Basin, Bagalkot district, Karnataka: implication to basin tectonics'
